Going to start a little something to shake off some rust

---

Adam Starr is seen sitting backstage. He is taping up his hands, preparing for his match at a local house show. The door to the locker room swings open.

Adam Starr
What do you want?

The lights flicker and into the room walks Demartinos. Demartinos stands just inside the doorway and stares at Adam Starr. Adam is about to say something when from behind Demartinos walks in a short, kind of chubby man. He steps into the room.

Man
I can see you have allready had the pleasure of meeting with my client, Demartinos. He is the future of this business and nobody is going to stop him. Your name is Adam Starr, correct? Well Mr. Starr consider this your one and only warning, get in his way and you won't have much of a career here in the WWG.

From round the corner Christopher McKissick walks away from the showers, wearing swim shorts and flip flops, drying off his bold head. He stops for a moment and looks at the two men. He drops the towel around his shoulders and walks up to the two men.

.:Christopher McKissick:.

Hey! You two must be some of the newer talent? Isn't this exciting? Finally got called up to the big show. Oh, sorry. The names Chris.

McKissick sticks his hand out to the two men.

Demartinos just stands there staring at Christoper McKissik while his manager speaks.

Man
Christopher is it? I'm glad your here because you can also be warned. My client Demartinos isnt here to make any friends, he is here to win championships and show his dominance and if anyone gets in his way it wont be pretty, and that includes you Mr McKissick.

Christopher looks over at Adam Starr and back towards Demartinos. He slowly begins to lower his hand. He reaches up and uses the towel to clean out his ears.

.:Christopher McKissick:.

I get it, we are all adults now. I know I for one wouldn't mind to get my hands on a title. But hey that's what they get paid for and what you pay this little guy who's talking for you.

Christopher pats the manager on the shoulder and gives a little laugh.

In walks "Ravishing" Charlie Stevens, dressed in a black suit with a white shirt and black tie. Stevens goes to speak.

Charlie: So, This is what the WWG is about. Some two-bit peon who is incredibly naïve and surely will get eaten alive in this business. Kid, Stay out of the Ravishing One's way if you know what is good for you.

Through the still open door walks 7'2" of one of the most brutal men to Ever step foot inside a WWG ring, his win record is staggering and his name caused a literal over night sensation in WWG of course he is the Abominable, Indomitable - Scott Carr!  One of the longest running champions this company had ever witnessed, he redefined what's accepted fare for Success in WWG, he even laid to rest an entire era of legends and hall of fame superstars just to prove his worth to the company.  He toppled stables, he stood as a front line against all who would try and corrupt and control this company and most importantly he is one man every WWG fan adores.  Casually, Carr walks in smirking as he scratches the full chest length beard which he's grown since we've seen him last.  He looks at his two past familiars and nods respectfully even though we know what he says next will likely not reflect the veneration and admiration he has for these two great competitors.  Carr is clearly all too glad he's finally home in the WWG again.

Carr:Twinkle, Twinkle... Que-Ball... you two are looking in top shape.  It's really good to see you both again.

Carr looks over at the portly man with the loud mouth who armors himself in the talents of his 'client', then he gazes briefly at the suit clad gentleman.

Carr: Let me guess... Men's Wearhouse, factory seconds rack... right?  It's alright, man.  I'm sure your transvestite life partner just Loves the way you look.  Seriously... you're new here... and I get

Carr turns towards Demartinos, and rudely ignores his rotund advocate.

Carr: I'm going to give you one solid piece of advice, son.  You look the part... you might just be a "Somebody" here some day.... way, way down the line.  What you don't want is to look like this little toad's ventriloquist dummy.  Have some deference for yourself... I could hear that stunned twat slobbering his stupidity as I came walking down the corridor.  Does it not occur to you that the other two guys in this room who actually accomplished some things in WWG - didn't even bother to ask his name?  Demartinos isn't ever going to mean anything as long as little Miss Megaphone over here does all your talking for you.  And before you let him say a damn word to me - I hope you understand I will more than gladly hold you accountable for every single syllable that vomits forth from his food wedged, unkempt teeth.  Jesus Murphy... THIS is what you choose to represent you!?  What are you... like, Five - Five at a Hundred and Seventy Five?  You'd best watch how that puke chugging prat speaks on your behalf, or you'll need that hoody of yours to hide the broken face you get because of his disrespect.

Carr smiles his sadistic smile and takes a step back towards the door where he leans - addressing them all.

Carr:Now... before anybody here gets ANY bright ideas that they're going to make their bones on laying to rest all the hard work I put in to be known as the New Era Icon, to earn more acclaim than ANYONE who ever stepped foot in this company before or after me - well... Breaking Big Names was always kind of 'My Thing'.  And as of right now... I can appear on WWG broadcasts... but technically, due to some contractual obligations I can't be sanctioned into any WWG matches.  Too bad, So sad, ladies.  In the mean time I couldn't see my home go without a pure bred, through and through ass kicking, No Sell Monster in my absence... now could I?

Calmly Carr reaches up and knocks three times on the threshold of the door - nearly immediately - through it steps a beautiful young blond woman with stunningly intoxicating blue eyes.  A beautifully pleated, pretty pale blue dress and a smile so hot that it could melt fire itself.  For a moment the others look a tad confused, surely this tiny morsel couldn't be who he was speaking of but Carr only smiles as she introduces herself.

Grace Brutal: I am the beauteous, not at all at your service, Grace Brutal.  I stand here before you better equipped to cut a promo and frankly far easier on the eyes.  I am educated I am eloquent and I am illustrious in every sense of the term.  My companion however... is something altogether different than myself...

From behind her a monolith of living nightmare steps into view.  Long black hair, a twisted leather mask, standing nearly as tall and wide as Carr himself.  This lusus naturae is an absolutely seething giant.  He hardly even seems human and besides the gentle flicker of humanity that sparkles in his eye as Grace speaks - he glares around at all the others with all the heart warming cheer in his eyes that a shark must have before ripping off a hapless victim's leg.

Grace Brutal: I'd ask for your permission to introduce my companion... though we'd just be splitting hairs.  See, if I asked him too... he'd do whatever he had to, to ensure that I have whatever time I want and need to speak.

Grace steps out of the masked monster's way and lets him into the room as well.

Grace Brutal: This... is Wretched Nobody.  And rest assured "Gentlemen" and never have I used that term more loosely, Nobody can in fact defeat you.  On my command... Nobody could destroy you.

Carr's smile is wide, white, pristine and as unsettling as ever.  Grace leans back against her so-called companion and gently twists his long sullen looking soot black hair between her fingers playfully as the smoldering rage of this aberration of  horrific enormity stands behind her eerily tense and ready to be unleashed.  Only the cold steady sound of his mask muffled breath can be heard.

Stevens turns towards Carr and The Masked Man. He goes to speak.

Charlie: Is that the best you could do? You speaking such filth. You should be ashamed of yourself. This is the era of the "Ravishing" One. Grace, Why don't you dump that lunatic over there in the mask and spend the night with a true man. I will make it all worthwhile. That masked man doesn't scare me whatsoever. He will be the first to experience the Stevens Driver.
