Title: NXT or RoH?
Post by: J-Dub on March 31, 2017, 12:56:57 am
This is a really big weekend for wrestling fans, especially ones that broadcast. With the Hall of Fame being moved to Friday so NXT can go head to head with RoH, I want to know.... which will you be watching? This one is finally an apples to apples comparison.

A side question, you think Vince will get the broadcasting rights to RoH tv? Insider reporters think so, but lets face it, I TRUST NO ONE!!!! What are your thoughts?

NXT is nothing like ROH.

That said, I'll be watching NXT, since the Network makes it super easy and I'm not sure my options for ROH in Australia. I enjoyed the last ROH show I saw (anniversary? the one with Daniels/Cole main event), so I might download it from XWT.

The match I'm most looking forward to for NXT is Black v. Almas, though. Almas is quietly turning into NXT's most reliable performer. His match with Roddy last Takeover was great, and he should blend perfectly with Aleister Black.

I believe this weekend is an internet PPV. They also us FloSlam to broadcast as well. Something to look into.

You are right with the current state of NXT. At one point of time, I could have made a bigger argument for the equality. At this point, I could say that the level the RoH has risen is equal to NXT without the major financial backing. But at the same time Evolve and a few others have risen to the "non syndicated wrestling shows, which are still viewed by **** fans".
