Title: Reality
Post by: J-Dub on July 13, 2017, 04:39:34 am
As it seems to be obvious, as we all can see, it seems the WWG is on another break. Either it be for good or for a while, I still wanted to put this out there. I know I didn't do anything to help keep it from going on a break, last break I remember lasted almost a year, and at the end of the day, it really isn't anyone's fault. It's difficult to keep something like this going, especially these days when most of the feds have moved to other forums.

What am I getting at? At the end of the day, no matter the future, it has been a pleasure to get to know everyone. It has been 6 years, and that is a pretty big deal for someone like myself. I have had a lot of fun, some of the closest friendships and bonds have come from here. If we all grow older and move off to other things in life, I will still look back on this place and the people I've met here. Maybe one day in the future we all will be back into writing wrestling fan fiction, either it be here or on our own privet forum.

I will see everyone later in other venues.

Nice being here too although not as long as some it was great fun and I have also made some great friends from WWG. I hope it is a break as I would love another crack at getting that world title lol

Its really up to interest. If people are still interested then we can keep going. I was disappointed with the Orion turnout. I gave up.
If there is interest around i don't mind getting things rolling again but i need that interest before we do.

If it truly is the end though, it's been great and hopefully we can all keep in touch.

I feel there is interest, but I also feel everyone sort of needed some time. If you look at the history of things, most handlers just had a string of bad luck in the real world, Rayven had to bail, Scott has his thing, Chris finished his school, Chris Trotter had some things come down, Barney is Barney, Dave slowly got to his tired spot on his character, I went insane, you started getting burnt out by it. 8 people right there, and with 8 people half way here and there, there was no keeping anyone new, no one to try and get new people, everyone slowly went on autopilot. Marcus of course, kept fighting like he always does. I hope something can be done, I enjoy the read, but I question my return to handler spot. If this were to continue, I would feel better taking a perm staff position if that would still be an option.

The reason it ended was nothing really changed outside of a few dedicated people who have come and gone over the years. Props to Marcus. That dude is a warrior. It was hard keeping talent because things would fluctuate. I am guilty of coming and going like crazy. Usually get wrapped up in one too many things between work and dealing with personal issues. This fed will always be remembered though as the engine that kept going until it couldn't anymore. Much respect to everyone involved over the years. Me coming back in what was supposed to be a one-off type of deal because I had always wanted a match against Rayven that was fair and not marred by controversy or real life issues getting in the way and winning the title was a shock. I am honored to be the final Carnage Champion if this is the end. If it does ever come back, Somebody message me on Facebook because I will defend the belt. I am not gonna be one of those that has the belt vacated because he is nowhere.  Happy trails to you until we meet again.

Well all I have to say, is Marcus Collins has a few things he still could do, mainly take back both his titles, because it looks like only bitches held it after.

I really do hope that people come back, I can dig getting into story telling, but like I said, it all depends on what is going on, but I will always be willing to swing in and help out.

Be honest.  You all just heard that I might be coming back and went into hiding.  Its ok.  You don't have to admit it.  I know...

I've been working full time since May, it's still footy season, and I spend most of spare time playing PUBG so I'm not going to be back.
