Ok this is an OOC post, I think with brad coming back today or tomorrow, we should get something down. This is a place were you will **** and complain about what you feel is wrong with the WWG, if anything at all, and you can debate your argument. Please be realistic about things but if Brad supports this thread it will hopefully keep issues from occurring in the future.

Please keep all content here, we do not need any of this spilling over into the rest of the forum. As well as keeping any drama in this forum only. If this is blessed by Brad and one of those two things happen, I will personally delete this thread and it will go back to the old ways without your input. Please keep it civil but debate your point.

Issue already addressed:

There was concern about the show being late -

As a creative team we have set up a staff thread were we will post any and all matches and promos given to us there so we no longer depend on one person if something happens in their personal life. Now the future of this all will depend on Brad being he now returns and we hand back over the keys to the kingdom. I do hope he supports that idea.

New and Creative Matches -

This has been mentioned several times in passing, and we as a creative team did agree that we needed a little more excitement in the matches. Thus we had listened to they kind of matches you wanted. I think it was a successful trial run, therefor I had changed the name of that post and made it a sticky, so I would encourage you all to continue giving your thoughts on what you would like to see. This also depends on if Brad likes that idea or not to keep it going. Just realize if you suggest something, it does not mean you will see it right away, just as a warning so no one gets their feelings hurt.

Well, right now there is no show. And if we are going by Aussie time then its the 5th. My only question is, why is it acceptable for the show to be late all of the time but RPs are automatically discarded if they are so much as an hour late? Somethings gotta give here.

Show aren't planned to be late. If a show I going to be late and I know I try and give extra time

I'd think so... like for me - I keep having **** happen, because I'm working WWG in around my work week and the rest of my life.  Sorry to say but... my life takes priority over a fantasy league wrestling federation.

I dont think moving the shows to the weekend will help, on my part anyways. I seem to be doing more **** on the weekend's.

No I dont think they should just go to weekends. I think that we should at least have a good amount of time in between shows, like we used to. I mean like I said the shows are always late, and you say that they arent planned that way. Granted, but when the results finally do come out, sometimes its days after the due date and then we have to turn around and put out an RP for the next show and we only have like 2 or 3 days to do it. There just needs to be some consistent time to where we have at least 5 days or a week in between shows to get our RPs out. I mean **** I had to work and when I got home I thought I had a few hours to put that DC promo out but turns out the "deadline passed" and I couldn't help it. It pisses me off because its like "oh no matter how hard you work on your RP, if its a minute late, you lose. No questions asked." Its just unacceptable to me.

I see your point but the reason for the lateness lately was because i;ve been going threw a move and such, no excuses but that was the reason. It should be more consistent now and when i did have a few days late i'd always try and push the next show back to the other week to allow for these things. Results should be sweet from now on though.

Ok, so not to attack you Sean, honestly, just wanted to point a few things out to get into perspective of everything. Tuesday's are usually the date for Legacy's at least the majority of them since I joined back in July. Until this last month you were usually the first and sometimes the second person to post an RP depending on how many of your characters were on the card. It has only been an issue since you got a job. Understandable but lets break everything down. In North America time zones, we usually get a card thursday morning/early afternoon. That gives all of us thursday eve, friday, saturday, sunday, monday, and some of tuesday early morning being Brad is anywhere from 13 to 17 hours ahead of us. Thus giving us anywhere between 1 to 2 days to put together a show, decide which RPs were better and figure out a winner, write promos and matches, then put together an exciting card for the next show.

Now that Brad is back we have an extra set of hands, and hopefully things can get back to normal as it was a few months back.

I know Brad loves this place more than anyone here, this is his baby, so I am sure he will think of something or build onto what we have already attempted to keep everyone happy. And hopefully get a lot more exciting in the near future if plans go well.

I guess what I am really trying to say here is hang in their Sean. From here on out while Brad is around all opponents against me, as long as it is only a little late, I will post on their RP requesting a waver of the lateness. But there will only be a few hour limit, such as 2 hour max, but only if I feel the RP has merits to challenge me. Which so far would be the entire roster. I have done it before with Shane and have no problem doing it again. I am sorry I didn't do that with DC's RP, mostly because I was busy with other staff stuff.

I figured that if I don't speak much ooc, and if I do, not to blow up, that it would actually help WWG to have an extra writer, and I might help with matches if I have time. I'm also hoping that, if I'm allowed to stay, that it will only be until I move out of my parents and live on my own, which will be in a couple of months.
