Ultimate Online Wrestling is currently looking to expand its roster this year for Season 2 of our heavily story driven E-Fed that sort of reads and feels like a comic book. We’ve been open for 14 months and have posted 12 well written shows on the SteemIt platform. We have over 1600 followers on there and we use the platform to make a little money from the hobby that we love. We are a laid back E-Fed for adults and we only do about 1 show a month. There is a 2 Role Play limit per show with no word limit on individual role plays.

We are a unique E-Fed in that I reward my role player’s with the Crypto-Currency XP Coin which can be converted into Bitcoin on online exchanges. We also write and do our shows in a way that concentrates on an actual audience that reads our work on the SteemIt community network. So our work isn’t just consumed by people involved in the E-Fed, but also fans of our work on SteemIt and Twitter.

New Generation

I was thinking a lil while ago. Literally like 20 minutes ago. And I was like ya know we took a week off for I believe it was road to redemption. We took like a month of for the christmas holidays and personally I hate breaks that long. But this is New Generation. This is our Wrestlemania. Our grandaddy of em all. This **** should be done right. There should be a good number of promos epic match writes, hall of fame presenters dropping words on who they're presenting to even if the recepient doesn't say anything its bad and not so bad. Like it just should be done right.

I propose we take a week do get it done right. To add in promos, to make those match writes epic, to male the hall of fame ceremony mean something (although I personally believe it should be its own entity seperate from the show) just go all out for what it should be. In the mean time if we take a week or two to perfect this card, I say we have a 'promotional event' so people can keep their creative juices flowing as well as getting some rooks anyone not on the card or just anyone who wants to be in a one off for the sake of doing a one off. Call it for bragging rights if you will. Like a promotion or a televised house show.

Well that's my stand. What say the masses?

We did have it set up exactly like that, and it was pretty well done. But there where several issues that arose.

1) Even if we put up something in between to keep things going, no one would take part. Eventually drop activity for a week around the forum to which all the new people who where just joining would leave. I hate when that happens.

2) When we would have the extra time for writers, it would be no different from a Legacy. People get busy regardless and still turn things in last minute, or even late. When we tried that out at R2R, there was still 2 late matches, as well as people throwing matches together at the last minute.

I am all for having that extra week, but it seems that as a whole, we don't take advantage of this. That is the only reason I didn't do it this time.

I know from experience here and other places its difficult... extremely, to be staff and an rper. Like I've wanted to tkae the reigns for the absent P15 cause I have a woorking system for that as well as bring in some suggestions for the ranking system. The thing in using my phone to do all my stuff here so I just can't do what I want to do. I've temporarily regained access to a pc so I.ll use that from time to time. Ill still most likely have to write rps on my phone though. I may be able to take a match from time to time.

It always comes down to the basic issue everytime the need for more staff. Its like the curse of e-feds and you can almost never have too many.
