To anyone who is interested…

Ultimate Online Wrestling is currently looking to expand its roster this year for Season 2 of our heavily story driven E-Fed that sort of reads and feels like a comic book. We’ve been open for 14 months and have posted 12 well written shows on the SteemIt platform. We have over 1600 followers on there and we use the platform to make a little money from the hobby that we love. We are a laid back E-Fed for adults and we only do about 1 show a month. There is a 2 Role Play limit per show with no word limit on individual role plays.

We are a unique E-Fed in that I reward my role player’s with the Crypto-Currency XP Coin which can be converted into Bitcoin on online exchanges. We also write and do our shows in a way that concentrates on an actual audience that reads our work on the SteemIt community network. So our work isn’t just consumed by people involved in the E-Fed, but also fans of our work on SteemIt and Twitter.

If you’re interested joining our roster and learning how we do things at Ultimate Wrestling you can join our discord channel link below. Our roster and staff are very friendly and willing to answer any questions you might have.

Below are some of our shows so that you can get a feel for my writing style and our story-lines.

I've done some tweaking to the characters over the last few weeks, ultimately culminating with this RP, which I think is a better representation of what I want them to be. I'd like to get some feedback, if possible (and will repay the favour should you request it).

http://wwg.smfforfree3.com/index.php/topic,15277.0.html

What kind of feedback I'm looking for:
- Not really bothered by spelling/grammar errors unless they're horrendous. I don't have time to thoroughly proofread so I'm going to miss a few things.
- Your feelings about the characters, subjectively and objectively. Are they a good fit? Do their personalities work well?

When I started the Wildcards, I initially envisioned two pranksters that just love to play jokes on people. One would just be pretty normal (Jimmy Colt), a little wacky, while the other would have jokes bordering on seriously hostile and violent (Ricky King). In the first RP I wrote, I think Jimmy came off a lot more childish that I intended, and Ricky seemed like the smart one, which isn't the way I think it works. I've tried to reshape them so Jimmy's the smart, genuinely clever one, who still loves jokes and having fun. Ricky became really aggressive over the last two RPs I wrote, so I've toned that back a bit, but still showed his aggressive nature through more frequent swearing. I've also dumbed him down a bit, just because I feel that works better for his character. He can't be the out of control one giving Jimmy advise.

So the pranksters aspect has kind of disappeared as well, mostly due to me struggling to find time to finish RPs well, but over time I want to start working with the staff to have practical jokes play a part on every Legacy - from the minor to the major, hopefully getting some huge angles running for the Wildcards where they prank a superstar regularly and in big ways. Hoping for some staff collaboration as we come up with some story lines. Talk to me, guys, I have ideas!

Focus for now is to finish the rise, make them look like bona fide stars, and then we'll see where to go next.

Thoughts?

I personally think this is the best duo RP you have done. I liked how the back and forth went between both characters. It defined the two characters and how they are opposites in their personal lives. King with the typical thrill seeker drugy, and Colt being a stiff upper lip educated kind of guy. The match talk was fairly well done. It was fluid so it almost didn't seem like trash talking, just talking about Boston. Not a bad angle to go with, trash talking them to the core. Personally I would have like to see just a little more personal attacks other than they are just drunks. You mentioned in the RP about reviewing taps, it would have been a good addition to throw in an example or two of your opponents why they are beneath you. Overall a good RP, I don't rate being I am the one who picks the winners, so I will leave it at that.

Thanks for your thoughts. Just wanted to address a couple of things. The drug skit was actually meant to imply JC was taken them for himself. It was also a blatant reference to this great scene from 10 Things I Hate About You:

haven't seen the movie in years, so it didn't come through. But I get it now.
