One last chance

The scene begins straight after last week’s episode of Carnage with Demartinos sitting in his locker room with a towel over his shoulders and he is looking down at the ground when Man walks into the locker room.

Man
Demartinos don’t feel bad for yourself, you went out there tonight and give it everything you have. You may have lost the victory but Jeremiah will never be the same again.

Demartinos looks up not looking pleased with Man.

Demartinos
Don’t for one minute think I’m dwelling on that lose. Jeremiah Christianson was the better man on the night but that doesn’t make him better than me, he got lucky but I will put dues where they are worth and tonight we put on one hell of a match and that wasn’t all me.

Man looks displeased in Demartinos, showing signs on his old self Angelic. Demartinos shouldn’t even be speaking this freely and open right now, it worries Man. Man is about to speak when there is a knock on the door and standing there is Alex Almon, a WWG interviewer. Alex Almon enters the room but man stops him.

Man
Did we invite you into the room Alex? Don’t answer that just tell me what the hell you want.

Alex Almon
I just wanted to inform you that next week Demartinos has been put into a match one on one with Charlie Stevens, I wanted to get a few words from Demartinos about this match.

Man
You’re not worthy to speak with Demartinos but I will tell you exactly what’s going to happen next week on Carnage if your information is even correct. Demartinos defeated Charlie Stevenson with ease just last week to advance to the 2nd round of the championship tournament. I don’t know why Charlie Stevenson would want to step into the ring with the demon again or if WWG just threw him in there because he has been a pain as of late. WWG management needs to understand that Demartinos craves weekly action and will decimate anybody who steps into the ring with him. Demartinos is on a mission from a higher being and he will not stop until he pleases his lord. Charlie Stevens better to be ready for pain.

The scene ends with Man and Demartinos leaving the room.

Once again, just like last week we open to Darkness but we can hear a voice of Demartinos.

I have failed you, I failed to bring you the WWG Championship and I failed to bring you Jeremiah Christianson. I beg for your forgiveness and your strength. This week I have been put into another match, another lamb, another chance for a sacrifice. I beg for one last chance for me to please you, if not I understand.

There is silence and then a weird unknown like screech noise. It stops and its silent for a few minutes then Demartinos speaks.

Thankyou mighty one, you will not be disappointed. You will not be displeased. This sacrifice will be tasty, juicy, meaty and pleasing. If I fail you this week I will accept my full punishment. Untill next time my lord.
