A Meeting with King

[Jason King]

OOC: Ok before we continue let's read before we post. If a character walks away than he/she is no longer in your immediate area. I understand the need to look tough but don't just post to post READ what's happening in the story and see where people are in relation to the story at hand. If someone has vanished or walked away that's it, there is no more talking to them. If you continue to talk to them, (cough cough MARCUS), then you will be standing talking and touching thin air unless you say that you walked over to them or vanished with them. Ok? ok.
Second nobody should be putting there hands on anybodies character without asking first especially in any violent manor that is a big no no in Gen Rp. (cough cough MARCUS) ok? ok.

Ooc: oh, my bad guys! The way I read it knew Jason turned a corner down another hallway, but I thought Marcus followed and the Barrio was at the corner! D: Just pretend I was never here. Just jacked up your guys rp!!)

Jason stopped and looked around. He could hear Marcus talking to someone down the separate hallway where he had left from and assumed he again was speaking to himself or some other form of craziness that passes for normal around here. the man walked off laughing or something, Jason had stopped paying attention seeing how he was at the point to far from the situation to see or hear anything of substance. He didn't even notice Trine until he was right in front of her. She was startled and at first so was Jason, he almost punched her but then he recognized her.

King: well hello...

Before he could speak further Tony and his friend were yelling at them from the other hallway where he had just been. They must have followed him around the corner in order to see this situation with Trine unfurl which was kinda sad in Jason's opinion. He turned around just in time to see Eddie run up on Trine with a knife. As soon as the Knife came out the man in black looked at Jason intently but Jason shook his head. all of Jason's men stood like rattle snakes ready to strike. Jason rolled his eyes at Trines West Side Story remark.

King: Ok ok so you obviously don't have any idea how to function in real **** life so i am going to give you a few quick pointers.

Jason snaps his fingers at Eddie.

King: Hey, eyes over here. Now follow my finger.

Jason points up to a small round ball attached to the ceiling. it has a red blinking dot on it

King: That my friend is called a security camera. Now seeing how i guess you've gotten all your barrio gangsta knowledge from movies made before 9/11 they are **** everywhere. What does that mean? Well it means that when a dumbass with a knife threatens a pretty white girl in a hallway for no reason at all they can send your **** ass to jail faster than your mother can finishing off a dick. Which i hear is pretty damn fast.

Jason points to Tony

King: Someone who claims to be a boss should know that kinda ****. but i digress.

Jason turn back to Eddie

King: That camera and that little blinking red dot is the only thing keeping my boys here from making you look like two life size swiss cheese statues. And in case you forgot there was just a major assault case against a non wrestler here in WWG and the cops are **** everywhere. You would know this if you spent half as much time being **** smart as you do playing tough guy. So even though it goes against everything in your nature to listen to good advice by the looks of your tattoos and choice of adversaries i am going to tell you once to put the knife away before I or any of my friends protect this poor defenseless white woman utilizing our second amendment rights to the fullest **** extent.

Jason smiles at Trine and then back at Eddie, there is no warm in the smile.

King: I wouldn't want anything to happen to such as nice face right after it's been all fixed up and you two know as well as i do that two more dead latino gang bangers would not cause cops any sleepless nights...**** they might even give me a medal. So...

Jason touches the blade of the knife softly with his finger gently trying to help Eddie put it away. His men stood at the ready hoping it wouldn't come to anything more drastic.

OOC: No Trine you were actually fine.

[Trine Larsen]

There was a strange mix of emotions running through Trine's head as the situation unfolded. At first she was shocked, judging by the last time she'd run into King she half expected a smart ass comment, that infuriating- sure of himself sort of 'heh heh,' followed by getting blown off. Not that the latter was all that unwelcome. Like Madeline he had a real knack at getting under her skin in a very short amount of time- so the less time spent around him the better.

Then there was suspicion, her eyebrows knit together as she looked to him out of the corner of her eye, before following the direction of his finger to the security camera as he explained the situation they'd found themselves in- surprisingly calm in contrast to wild energy coming off of Reyes. Why did he bother?

Then she felt indignant. As far as she was concerned she could take care of herself just fine- the reality of that was debatable considering she did just have a surprise knife threat on her hands, and alarmingly close to her face. King had made a comment the last time she stood up to him- something about expecting The Losers to back her up, when in reality she quipped out of sheer instinct and stubborn will.

Then here he was.

Which for whatever reason, even Trine herself was unsure of why, sent an angry heat coiling into her shoulders. In a way this situation only proved him right- and it was that exact thing that really burrowed down the deepest. Then came the 'poor defenseless' comment and she couldn't tell if that was his clever way of sticking it to her or defusing a tense situation. She bit the inside of her cheek, trying her best to just keep her mouth shut, blue eyes shifting from Jason King to Eddie.

Correction *i missed a word, it was Jason pushing his arm away, was supposed to read more of Marcus was patronizing him, treating like a kid and King pushes his arm away.*

OOC: Ok well even so an even BIGGER pet peeve of mine is when someone writes what my character does or says. Even if you think it's not a big deal be sure to ask the driver first before you take the wheel of the character in any capacity. If others are down with it that's awesome but at least for me that's a never situation unless approved by myself

*eh it's in the past, I forgive you. Yes I'm just being a dick, sadly my thing. There used to be someone here that used to say that. Sucks to be Brad, shows could get difficult for him, I remember. Long story ending, got yeah, I get it.

Jason kept his eyes locked on Eddie, who seemed to be in a statue like mood, the but moved his free hand slowly and placed it gently on Trine's stomach. Then while still not taking his eyes off Eddie moved Trine back and to the side in a sweeping motion that was both smooth but firm. Once Trine was no longer in direct contact with the knife of the Latin Killah Jason relaxed his shoulders a bit.

King: So here's what's going to happen next. We; meaning my boys, Trine Larson here, and myself are going to leave now most likely somewhere she can thank me...

Jason's eyes flashed over to Trine's with a smirk

King: Vigorously...

Jason's eyes went back to Tony and Eddie.

King: For keeping her from looking like a sliced ham. And you two are going to work a little harder being smarter. Which i know is going to be basically **** impossible but hey, miracles happen every day.

the man in black and Shine stand on either side of Trine and Big took a step behind her as well. While nothing was truly hindering her from moving where she wanted it was clear that the expectation was for her to move in the direction of Jason's choosing.

King: Now i don't know about your little "friend" group you have, that i hear has gotten a lot less toys to play with recently for some reason, but i would get one of them going on scrubbing that video feed before your little puppy here gets hauled off to be someones **** in max...oh wait my apologies someone elses ****.

He gestures to Tony with his hand. Then he turns and motions for Trine and company to continue down the hallway where he was heading before.

[Trine Larsen]

Trine blinked, moving with the hand on her stomach, back and away from the knife. When Jason King turned to smirk at her she shot a glare off to the side of the hallway, clearly not as amused as he was about the comment. Had it been anyone else, except for maybe DC, she'd have laughed it off- but something about King seemed to take the humor out of her.

She curled her shoulders forward, stuffing her hands into the pockets of her jeans, and grumbling under her breath; vigorously...yeah vigorously punch you in the m- , but trailed off as the rest of Jason's group seemed to step in around her. It was empty, he had (for whatever reason) helped her out, so she was grateful. Still, it was probably not something to mutter about while the two other men were close enough to hear her.

Trine had moved to take a step back, but just as her foot left the ground, Big had stepped in. She was smaller than most people....in comparison to him it was almost comical.

She just smiled, with a nervous laugh, fairly sure the worst of the hallway showdown was over. Then Jason added in the last few words and her jaw dropped. It was like snuffing out a fire, just before you threw an aerosol can on that last bit flame.

"...well, that's just going to **** them off more..."
